Volunteer Opportunities

Become a Part of Our School Community and Make a Difference!

We're excited to have you join our school community as a volunteer! Your time and energy will make a significant difference in the lives of our students.

 

To get started, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain the Volunteer Packet: You can either print all six pages of the volunteer forms or pick up a physical packet at the Health Office. Please note that the TB Risk Assessment only requires pages 1-3.
  2. Complete the Volunteer Form: Fill out all the necessary information on the form.
  3. Provide TB Screening or Waiver: You'll need to provide either a TB screening or waiver or a negative TB test result. Our health clerk or district nurse is available to assist with screenings.
  4. Submit the Packet: Bring the completed packet and a valid photo ID to the Health Office.

Important Notes:

  • Annual Renewal: The volunteer form is valid for the current school year only. Please complete a new form each year to remain active as a volunteer.
  • District-Wide Volunteerism: Once your form is approved, you can volunteer at any school within the San Gabriel Unified School District.
