Student Material and Supply Pick Up Days

Student Material and Supply Pick Up Days. 

During this event your child will be given school supplies provided by our district office, workbooks, and any material their teacher needs them to have at home for the start of the year. 

Below are our dates and times for this event. Please try to come during your child’s designated pick up time.  

Student Supply/Material Pick Up Schedule:

  • Friday - TK - 3rd, 9:00am-10:30am and again 1:00pm -2:30pm

  • Monday - 4th and 5th  - 9:00am-10:30am and again 1:00pm -2:30pm


  1. Arrive during your child’s grade level pick up date and time.

  2. Families wait in the car 

    1. State student’s  grade level and teacher name 

    2. staff grabs student’s supply bag 

    3. parent opens the trunk of car

    4. staff places the bag in the trunk 

    5. staff will use class rosters to track student  supplies 

  1. families with multiple students, please pick up all your children's’ materials at one time, during the date and time that works best for your family
