For students to enter campus, you must complete the Daily Health Screening on ParentSquare and show staff members the green checkmark.
Click the button below to see a video demonstration on how to take the Health Screening and what staff members need to see.
*Students only need a Chromebook if their summer ELOP teacher requests they have one.
*Students cannot bring their personal devices from home.
*If you need a district issued Chromebook, please fill out the Google Form below.
Because travel increases the risk of getting and spreading COVID-19, out-of-state or out-of-country travel is not recommended. In order to create the safest environment for our students and staff during summer ELOP, we will be using the following quarantine guidelines for students and staff who travel outside of California.
For persons who are not fully vaccinated, such as young students, the following guidelines for quarantine and self-monitoring are required upon return from other states or countries.
1. Quarantine for 7 full days after travel if they get tested and get a negative COVID-19 viral test result from a specimen collected 3-5 days after arrival in California.
if they did not get tested with a COVID-19 viral test after their arrival, quarantine for 10 full days after arrival in California.
2. For 14 days after their arrival:
-continue to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.
-avoid being around people who are at an increased risk of illness
-get tested if symptoms develop
If your student is sick with any symptoms that make it difficult to comply with our protocols (like mask-wearing), whether it is COVID-19 related or not, please keep them home and notify the front office at: (626) 287-0497.
Recorded meeting from June 3, 2021
